To trust Him is to understand that total immersion in what He is doing with your life is the best thing that could ever happen to you.
To learn from Him in total-life immersion is how you “seek first his kingdom and his righteousness.”
In pursuit of Christ, you are not learning how to do some special religious activity, but how to live every moment of your life from the reality of His kingdom.
But there comes a time when you have to ask yourself some very important questions:
Do you really want to live this way?
Do you truly trust Him?
Do you fully grasp what total-life-immersion means?
Do you whole-heartedly seek HIS kingdom first?
If this is honestly how you want to live, you’ll stay the course no matter the cost. But if you don’t, there will always be an excuse stopping you from going deeper.
It’s a heart thing. So be honest with yourself.
What’s your heart saying?
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.” –Hebrews 12:1
