Refund Policy

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, just let me know. Email hello@cindykeating.com with your order # and we will take care of a refund in full, as long as it was within 30 days of your purchase.

Wait… What?!  Aren’t you in Canada?

Yes I am in Canada!  But because so many of you are from all over this wonderful planet I needed to pick a currency to make accounting and payment processing somewhat sane.

I realize that means exchange rates for my Canadian friends, but it just wasn’t feasible to setup multiple currencies and still keep things simple.  I hope you understand!  If you are really bummed about the exchange rate, email and I’ll send you a coupon for a discount on a future purchase 🙂
